Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Relationship Building: Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Service Familiarization: Gain in-depth knowledge of our full range of services, including Odoo ERP Implementation, digital marketing, mobile app development, business analytics, and consultation.

  • Account Assistance: Provide support to senior team members in monitoring customer accounts, anticipating needs, and providing proactive solutions to drive customer success.

  • Issue Support: Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns, working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.

  • Feedback Gathering: Learn to gather valuable customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product/service enhancements.

  • Training and Learning: Participate in the onboarding process and undergo training to ensure you can contribute effectively to customer success.

  • Retention Efforts: Contribute to strategies aimed at retaining existing customers and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.

  • Reporting: Assist in generating reports and analytics on customer success metrics to assess and improve performance.

Qualifications:


  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop skills in customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • An eagerness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and software applications is a plus.
